Bosses are additional in-game content on the DiamondWorld mode that allows players to obtain valuable rewards and take part in battles for influence. Defeating bosses opens up the opportunity to get useful resources.
The main feature of bosses is their important role in the clan system: players receive clan points for killing bosses, and clans can receive gold for clan development by capturing and holding bosses.
This makes boss battles not only a way to obtain resources, but also an important part of competition between clans.
There are 3 unique dimensions on the server, and each of them is inhabited by its own bosses with their own features, mechanics, and rewards.
New bosses are unlocked gradually as the player's level increases.
Up to level 125, a new boss becomes available every 5 levels, allowing players to gradually get acquainted with new opponents and receive more valuable rewards.
After reaching level 125, new bosses unlock less often — usually about once every 10 levels. This is due to the increasing difficulty and value of subsequent bosses.
There are two types of bosses in total:
Regular bosses are opponents available for battle in the dimensions.
For defeating them, players can receive various rewards, including shards, currency, and rare items.
The main feature of regular bosses is the possibility of PvP battles during the fight.
Raid bosses are more difficult opponents intended for large-scale battles.
The main feature of such bosses is the absence of PvP during the fight, which allows players to focus on the battle with the boss itself.
The size of the reward received depends on the player's participation in the battle with the boss — the more damage a player deals to the boss, the higher their final reward will be after the victory.
The amount of the reward also depends on the number of players participating in the battle — the more players are present at the location and take part in the fight, the more valuable the reward for killing the boss becomes.
To get the maximum benefit, it is recommended to fight bosses together with a large number of players, as this allows for more rewards and more effective victories over powerful opponents.
The Overworld contains the largest number of bosses. This is the main place for battles, where players can gradually unlock new opponents and receive various rewards.
In the Nether, there are fewer bosses, but they have higher difficulty and offer more valuable rewards for victory.
The End contains the fewest bosses, but they are the most valuable of all.
End bosses drop the most resources and the most significant rewards.
After defeating bosses, players can receive various rewards that make boss battles a useful part of the gameplay.
Depending on the boss and the dimension, the loot may include:
Note: Rare rune cases only drop from raid bosses.
Runes are one of the types of rewards that can be obtained from bosses.
They can drop from absolutely any boss, but the rarest and most valuable runes have certain requirements regarding the boss's level.
Level 3 legendary runes start dropping from bosses of a certain level:
They start dropping from bosses of level 210 and above.
The first boss with this drop is "Knight of Light" (level 210).
Upon transitioning to the Nether Dimension, players can receive legendary runes from the Overworld Dimension.
Starting from bosses of level 340 and above, level 3 legendary runes from the Overworld Dimension may drop, and from level 370 and above, the opportunity to obtain level 3 legendary runes from the Nether Dimension opens up.
The first boss with Nether legendary runes is "Piglin Queen" (level 370).
Similar to the transition to the Nether Dimension, the first bosses allow players to obtain runes from the previous dimensions.
From bosses of level 440 and above, level 3 legendary runes from the Overworld and Nether Dimensions may drop, and from level 475 and above, level 3 legendary runes from the End Dimension become available. The first boss with End legendary runes is "Queen of Shadows" (level 475).
The main advantage of End bosses is the largest selection of runes — they can drop legendary runes from all three dimensions:
Note: End bosses are considered the most profitable for farming rare runes.
Capturing bosses is one of the main clan activities on the server.
This process takes place in a clan vs. clan format, where players fight for the right to control a boss and gain advantages from owning it.
Each boss has its own required number of clan points for capture — the higher the boss's level, the more clan points are needed to obtain it.
Since the number of clan points is limited, each captured boss holds great value for the clan.
Note: Raid bosses require significantly more clan points to capture, since they drop more resources than regular bosses.
After capturing a boss, the clan receives gold, which is used for clan development.
With it, you can:
After a boss is captured, other clans may try to take it away, so the owners need to defend their boss.
During the defense, a battle takes place between clans, where victory allows keeping control of the boss.
When capturing a boss, players have unlimited lives, allowing them to focus on the attack. However, during the defense of a captured boss, players only have one life, so preparation and teamwork become decisive factors.
Captured bosses give an increased reward compared to a regular kill, making them an important target for any clan.
Control over bosses allows a clan to obtain more resources, develop the clan, and strengthen its position on the server.
For each boss already captured, the clan receives an additional tax of +3% to the cost of capturing the next boss.
This means that the more bosses a clan controls, the more expensive it becomes to capture new ones.
For example, if the base cost of capturing the boss "Titan" is 3000 clan points, then after capturing one previous boss, the price will be increased by 3% and will amount to 3090 clan points.
This system makes boss capture more strategic — clans need to choose their targets wisely and distribute their clan points, since each newly captured boss increases the cost of further expansion.
